The deposit is a secure bank pre-authorisation processed through a secure platform. You will only be charged if you use additional services or do not respect the rules. The pre-authorisation is automatically cancelled within 7 days after your departure. The deposit is processed exclusively by credit card — we cannot accept cheques or cash.
Yes, we welcome pets provided their owners are respectful and ensure the animal leaves no traces — be it mud, hair or damage. A surcharge and specific conditions may apply depending on the property.
A cleaning fee and mid-stay cleaning are available. The price varies depending on the property — you'll be informed of the applicable amount from the very first messages. Without the cleaning fee, the property must be returned clean (dishes, bins, bathroom, etc.). With the fee, only the dishes and bins are your responsibility.
